Project Overview
Visitors find their images through face matching at a kiosk or on their phone, then choose digital photos, prints or personalized memorabilia. Built for museums, attractions and hospitality venues, GEM brings capture, discovery and checkout into one connected journey.
Our Approach
We designed a guided capture flow optimized for crowds and minimal staff training. The system handles processing, selection, and printing automatically so the experience feels immediate and seamless while remaining operationally reliable throughout the day.
